Senior Broker/Director - Professional Indemnity
We're Hiring, Are you ready for a new challenge?

Aon has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Broker to join our Professional Services Team, which forms part of our London Global Broking Centre.

This role will suit a highly-experienced broker, who is looking to step into a Director level position and take on more client and complex placement responsibiliiies.

It involves co-ordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of Professional Indemnity business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis in accordance with Marketing Strategy.

This is a Hybrid role that will involve both office and home-based working.

Skills and experience that will lead to success c10 years market broking experience within the Professional Indemnity marketpalce Sound understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service Experience of managing effective client relationships.

Ability to structure complex placement programmes with the best client outcomes in mind at all times Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
