Band 6:
£23,893 - £25,979 pa (Pro rata for TTO)**
1 x 37 hours per week (Term time only plus two weeks - 40 weeks)

Based at Hanson Delta Academy Local Authority Led Resourced Provisions for Deaf and Vision Impaired Children and Young people but to work flexibly across the Children's Sensory and Physical Needs Service as required.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Business Support Officer to support the Local Authority led Resourced

Provision for Deaf and Vision Impaired pupils based at Hanson Academy.

The post-holder will provide a flexible, proficient and comprehensive administrative function to the Children's Sensory

and Physical Needs Service within Children's Services, dealing with sensitive and highly confidential information relating

to children with a range of sensory impairments.

You will work within established policies and procedures to provide an efficient and excellent service to the staff, families

and other professionals who use the Service.

You will be an experienced administrator, responsible for maintaining all processes and systems, updating pupil information on Bromcom, arranging and minuting meetings, responding to enquiries from internal and external customers including parents and providing telephone and other administrative support to the team.

The post is based within the Resourced Provision at Hanson Delta Academy but there may be requirements to work flexibly

in other areas of the Children's Sensory and Physical Needs Service at times.

An enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be undertaken for this post.
