Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the transportation and warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain records of all transportation and warehouse activities, including inventory, shipments, and maintenance.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during transportation or warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in transportation and warehouse management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
