The Company

This role is with an international home improvement company with over 1,500 stores, supported by a team of 80,000 colleagues.

They operate in eight countries across Europe under various retail banners. They offer home improvement products and services toconsumers and trade professionals who shop in their stores and e-commerce channels.

The Role

The Business Marketplace Analytics Manager will have a key role in the long-term improvement of the Customer experience and the success of the marketplace.

In summary, you will;

Build an analytics framework
Define marketplacewide metrics and relevant data sources
Develop relevant data & analytics tools to support easier, automated insights generation

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong expertise in SQL
Commercial experience with PowerBi or Data Studios
Fantastic communication skills.
Experience working in Retail, Marketplace, Travel, or Gaming industries is advantageous
