Eaton Hall Specialist Academy has an Ofsted rating of Outstanding for the last ten years._**There are also opportunities to work additional hours within the residential care team if staff wish to.

Cover Supervisors will lead lessons with our groups in the absence of the normal class teacher. Work will be provided by the teaching staff. Many of our teaching assistants in recent years have successfully secured places on initial teacher training.

The Academy is a residential special school for boys in the age range with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

Pupils arrive with disrupted educational experiences and complex difficulties and our team will be responsible for ensuring that they leave with superb outcomes academically, socially and behaviourally.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to be part of a highly motivated exceptional team who strive to establish the highest standards and who are instrumental in ensuring that we change children's lives.

This permanent Cover Supervisor post will be 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days. The weeks worked are 39 weeks; therefore payment is pro rata over 12 equal monthly payments per year.

The post holder will need to be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing in order to undertake the requirements of the role.

A visit to the Academy (by appointment) is encouraged.
