Here at Trans- we are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team.

We are an award winning family business where every person counts and are looking for a new team member to join us as we grow through our next exciting chapter

You will:

Complete operational tasks in conjunction with Operations team
Job file completion (pre & post events)
Photos, RAMS, Sign offs
Update and distribute staff allocations
Job tracking through operational software including quoting and invoicing
Communicate with clients and staff (vehicle, crew, timings etc)
Book crew briefs/de briefs and collate crew feedback
Complete event board allocations
Report near misses
Develop and improve operations processors
Undertake any other tasks that may be required

We're looking for:

Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability and act on client goals and objectives in an operational environment
Someone who is result oriented and have good diagnostic skills

The ability to prioritise and have a flexible approach to working hours and tasks set
The ability to work within a team and independently as required
Effective organisational and communication skills at all levels
High attention to detail with a can do attitude

This role is Monday - Friday however due to nature of our industry some flexibility is required.
