KP Acoustics Group are the global experts in acoustics.

We work on a wide range of projects across four distinct areas including Consultancy, Monitoring, Research and Training as well as developing revolutionary new acoustic monitoring technology, eNView.

Desired Skills:

• Working knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
• A strong technical background, experienced in both building and environmental Acoustics
• Acoustic software experience (ODEON, INSUL Soundplan, CadnaA)
• Able to effectively communicate with professional courtesy with clients

Duties:

• Undertake Environmental Noise and Vibration Surveys on site.
• Undertake Sound Insulation Testing on site.
• Prepare scope of works and fee proposals for clients.
• Able to effectively communicate with professional courtesy with clients

• Undertake Noise breakout assessments on site.
• Undertake Noise at Work Assessments on site.
• Comfortable using an array of equipment used by an Acoustician.
• Compiling technical reports for review by a senior colleague.
• Undertaking Acoustic Design Reviews for a range of projects including commercial, residential, and mixeduse developments.
• Ability to mentor a graduate or assistant colleague by helping them with report writing and managing the organisation of site visits.
• Sound understanding of time management and meeting client deadlines.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
