Job Description:


We have an amazing opportunity for a new Receptionist (Client Support Host) to join our team based at the Stratford offices of a Portico client in the financial services industry.


As a Client Support Host you will be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong ambassador for both Portico and our Client.

You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience.

You will anticipate client needs, proactively following up to ensure that client expectations are exceeded.

Your problem-solving skills and flexibility are key to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while your attention to detail will help you in preparing reports and ensure that your surroundings are both presentable and safe.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts are between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
