My client is a Top 100 law firm, recruiting for an Employment Paralegal to join their team. Within this job you will be supporting a team of Fee Earners with their increasing Employment Tribunal litigation caseload.


Job description for Employment Paralegal

  • Ability to identify relevant issues
  • Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements
  • Collating trial bundles of evidence
  • Instructing Counsel where necessary
  • Coordinating hearing dates and attendances
  • Supporting an established employment team
  • Liaising with clients
  • Drafting documents
  • File handling
  • Updating case management systems

Job skills required for Employment Paralegal

  • You will be enthusiastic, driven and motivated
  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal is essential
  • Employment law experience would be an advantage but other areas may be considered
  • Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
