Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a registered Charity offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. Every year we treat over 3,000 police officers. Located just outside
Goring on Thames, Flint House runs a Mental Health Support Programme supporting serving police officers and staff who are experiencing low level common mental health issues, in a safe and relaxed environment in a beautiful countryside setting.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a
General Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for various support tasks to assist patients and staff on site as well as the smooth running of the Flint House.

Hours of work:
Full-time, Monday to Friday

MAIN DUTIES

Assist in the loading and unloading of patients' luggage etc from vehicles and transporting to rooms
Deliver parcels between departments
Responsible for carrying out daily oil, water, tyre pressure etc. checks and thorough cleaning of the Flint House minibus
Transport patients to and from the local village's / station or any other transport related duties in the Flint House minibus appointed by the Estates Manager
Completing the Minibus Daily Record to monitor the usage, roadworthiness and fuel efficiency of the vehicle, following the Administration Department Minibus Procedure
Weekly Banking of Flint House cash
Maintaining the grounds and building by keeping the site free from litter and disposing of rubbish, sweeping and cleaning the lights etc as required
To assist with gardening tasks as and when required
To carry out any other works appointed by the Estates Manager
