School-Based HR Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
School-Based HR Administrator to join our educational institution.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and accurate maintenance of employee records.


Duties:


  • Collaborate with school leadership to manage recruitment and onboarding processes for faculty and staff.
  • Maintain meticulous employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems such as Salesforce, Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
  • Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Assist with benefits administration, handle enrollment, resolve claims, and communicate effectively with employees.
  • Coordinate and oversee employee training programs, maintaining comprehensive training records.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives specific to the school environment.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within an educational or school HR department.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as Salesforce, Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes is desirable.

£95.00-£105.00 per day
