Job Title:
Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements, and assessing their suitability for our marketplace
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads, and provide ongoing support in the sales process as needed
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system
To book 'demos' for our sales representatives and set these up by liaising with the relevant sales area representative and ensuring their availability in advance.
Qualifying not only cold prospects, but also working on upgrade opportunities for the sales reps by approaching and making regular contact with our free listings.

Requirements:

Preferably a minimum of 1 year in a similar previous role, however we are open to a tenacious graduate or entry level with a hunger to learn the sales business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers
Great communication skills and strong telephone manner
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Selfmotivated and driven to succeed, with a positive and proactive attitude
Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, is a plus
