A new exciting permanent role has arisen from a top UK law firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join them in London.

Your New Firm:

Your New Role:

The Dispute Resolution team is extremely friendly and welcoming and has an excellent retention rate.

You will assist fee-earners and senior secretaries with a diverse range of tasks that provide a breadth of experience, duties will include:

Manage documentation for feeearners including bundling, dictation, filings and formatting.
Managing financial transactions and requests for clients including billings and notices.
Ensuring correct compliance with feeearners on matters including new client onboarding.
Complete a capacity schedule for the department weekly and circulating this to the team.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

About You:

CILEX minimum Level 3 completed qualification is essential.
Previous Legal Secretary experience, commercial litigation ideal but not essential.
Active interest in learning and is friendly, personable, and approachable.
