Based in Fareham, near Portsmouth and Southampton

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for a sales focussed recent graduate to join us as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

If you have an aptitude for business sales and you are looking for an exciting team based career position with full training,this could be a great opportunity for you.


This position is based at our offices on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park in Fareham and will suit an ambitious graduate who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will have excellent opportunities for career progression and will becomea specialised professional Recruitment Consultant in your chosen industry sector.


You will build relationships on the telephone, network with clients and help your clients to fill a range of vacancies.

You will also receive excellent training and a generous basic salary with uncapped commission and bonuses on top, so your earnings canincrease substantially year on year.
