Our client one of the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure are looking for a Multi Skilled Technician (Electrical) to join their Team.

This is a great opportunity to join the team.


Location:

Leeds


Salary:

Up to £ £ on call rota + 25 days leave + 9 bank holidays + Pension, Cycle to work Scheme

Work as part of a team providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service, specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs.

Our ideal applicant will have/be;
Planned and Reactive Maintenance
Statutory Testing
Health & Safety
Assist colleagues in other trades and locations as and when the need arises
Undertake training as required
Participate in on call rota, when required
Be prepared to work additional hours, as and when the need arises, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends
Drivers licence
Must be prepared to travel to other sites
18th Edition essential
City Guilds Part 1 and 2
Drivers licence essential
Sound knowledge of electrical installations and 'Component' as defined in BS7671:2008
Ability to test existing installations and additions and alterations as installed, record results and provide certification
Time served apprenticeship and completion of 'Underpinning Knowledge' as demonstrated by C&G 2400 qualification or AM2 Achieved Measurement Examination
Previously worked within a Maintenance environment
Previously worked within an education maintenance environment high advantageous
