Our Maintenance Assistant post is for a casual contract. Hours worked per week will be flexible and depend on our programme. Paid at £10.98ph


The Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to work with the Maintenance Team to support planned preventative maintenance, building projects and repairs for both venues.

In general terms you will ensure that the site is maintained in excellent condition for all visitors, performers and staff and you will demonstrate high standards of customer care at all times.

You should have a good basic knowledge of basic maintenance and of health and safety especially in regards to Legionella and asbestos management.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience of general maintenance work
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance, carpentry skills, electrical skills
  • ITC/Computer Literate Experience of using various Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
