Our Clinical Operations department in the UK is looking for 4 Senior CRAs to work mainly on complex Oncology trials.
You can be based anywhere in the UK but we do need previous UK monitoring experience.The role in summary:
- National monitoring across the UK
- Studies will be 90% Oncology, so complex protocols
- ONC trials will include various solid tumor studies, Prostate, NSCLC, Leukemia, Breast, Glioblastoma and studies in Hematological malignancies.
- Other TAs include Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Infectious disease, Nephrology, Endocrinology, & Gastroenterology.
- On average each CRA will work across 56 Protocols (34 OCN plus "something else")
- Risk based monitoring model
- Min of 8 days on site per month
USPs:
- Development 3 years at Labcorp equates to 5 at a Pharma company
- Potential to become a CTL in 3 years.
- Routes into CTL, QA & Line Management roles
- Movement into FSP (client dedicated roles) and Clinical Pharmacology (1st in man trials)
- Our Line Managers are warm and open individuals who have a flexible and supportive approach.
- It's not an official program but we do buddy Sen CRAs up with new hires or juniors. We also use the SCRA to develop our IHCRAs that are training to be travelling CRAs. The SCRAs take the juniors on site visits and they can be involved in the formal classroom training too.
