Group Finance Manager

Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

London (Northwest London)


Partner Financial is currently working with a PE backed international company, operating in over 25 countries, with headquarters in London.

The group has grown from £30m to £90m turnover in 2 years and expect to reach £300m before undergoing a transaction.

The business has outlined an aggressive expansion plan and already have 6 acquisitions expected over the next 9 months.


The Group is looking for a Group Finance Manager to work alongside the newly appointed Finance Director and play a key role in leading the production of the annual report, providing great exposure to the broader business and senior leadership team, whereyou will take responsibility for developing and driving a best-in-class Group function.

Key responsibilities

  • Residing as the primary contact for the external audit on the consolidated results, while managing projects and leading the production of the annual report and accounts.
  • Accounting for all Group tax filings and Generating the Group yearend tax reconciliation, also responsible for managing through the audit and filing.
  • Overseeing the intercompany accounting and loan process, presenting the subsidiary statutory accounts.
  • Playing a key role in the integration and accounting for upcoming acquisitions.
  • Leading the automation of the finance reporting processes and enhance the control environment you will continually seek occasions for finance transformation.
  • Working on adhoc projects alongside the Finance Director and CFO, ensuring all financial controls are maintained to peak standards.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Experience working in a Group function would be advantageous.
  • Excellent Microsoft tool proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Robust technical accounting skills with the ability to communicate financial information to both expert and to nonfinance professionals.
  • Experience with transfer pricing and working within a global business are advantageous.
  • Competent to deliver quality, professional results to tight deadlines.
  • Able to rapidly adjust to change within a fastpaced business.
