The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well established manufacturing business, who are set to enter the new year boosted by fresh investment to support their future growth plans.

As part of their plans they are looking to appoint anexperienced Finance Manager to join them in a role which will deputise for their current FD.

This is a varied role which will see you at the heartbeat of all finance processes, as well as being see as a key business partner to senior stakeholders across other departments.


Day to day duties will include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance commentary.
  • Liaising regularly with senior stakeholders to support commercial and operational decision making.
  • Leading the month end close process for the department.
  • Managing and mentoring a small finance team.
  • Assisting with the upcoming system implementation and process improvement.
  • Leading the yearend audit, including liaison with external auditors.
  • Managing capital expenditure and bill of materials analysis.


To be considered for the role, you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), with a varied background in both financial and management accounting.

Experience of working within a fast paced SME environment and previous management experience isdesirable.

The salary for the role is paying up to £60,000 per annum dependant on skillset and experience and is fully based at their Peterborough site.
