We are a vigorous and developing company, seeking a passionate and experienced Level 4 Laser Therapist to join a small and friendly team, providing great opportunities to learn, progress, and develop with exposure to all aspects of therapist career.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and wellness consultations.
• Create a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage bookings and maintain clear communication with guests before, during, and after treatments.
• Offer professional advice on products and services and promote retail sales.
• Work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional experience.
• Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guests.
• Organise client records
• Ensure all clients receive an exceptional service to their comfort, and safety
• Advise clients on suitable packages / treatments / products offered within the clinic
• Knowledge / Interest in skin and cosmeceutical skincare
• Upselling packages and additional treatments
• Handle payments when necessary
• Passionate about the aesthetic industry

What we are looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Lycon waxing trained and experienced
• Experience in a similar role within a luxury spa environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Capable of managing time effectively and handling multiple bookings with ease.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional and wellgroomed appearance.
