Salary:
Up to £27.5k depending on experience

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday (No Weekend Work)

We are looking for a high calibre, self-driven and competent Payment advisor to join our rapidly growing team As a payment advisor at AFA Insolvency, your main responsibility will be to oversee the clients accounts to keep payment as up to date as possible.

We always look to promote from within Debt Management or Insolvency experience is preferred but not essential.
We are expecting you to be professional, and trustworthy and to be able to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis
  • Take actions in order to encourage timely payments
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Resolve billing issues
  • Issue Breach Notices were applicable
  • Create catch up amounts for clients in arrears
  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
  • Update account status records
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  • Ad Hoc duties where required
Qualifications and requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payment Advisor or similar role
  • Knowledge of various collection techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
