Mobile Building Engineer | Salary around £30-33k | Education contracts across Rochdale & N Yorks

Our client, is a National Facilities Management organisation who are currently on the search for a
Mobile Building Engineer who is multi skilled and able to carry out a range of maintenance tasks on education sites primarily across Rochdale & occasional travel to North Yorkshire.

To succeed in this role as aMobile Building Engineer you will -

Undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates along with reactive repairs and to priorities workload.
Carry out basic electrical repairs, AHU maintenance and plumbing.
Hold an electrical, plumbing, or mechanical qualification (Building Services)to City and Guilds NVQ level 23 or equivalent.
Be able to carry out basic building fabric repairs, making minor plaster repairs to walls and ceilings, replacing ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tiles, changing door ironmongery (locks, hinges and door closers), changing ceiling tiles and carryingout basic repairs/replacement of skirting boards, door stops and architraves.
Hold a full drivers licence.
Be part of a callout rota after initial period.
Work on a shift rota, (2 weeks on 2 weeks off)
