Fantastic HR Advisor opportunity for an experienced HR Officer

South London location offering hybrid working

About Our Client:

A reputable education group based in South London, offering hybrid working.

The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Providing advice and guidance on a range of low level HR and ER issues
Escalating any complex ER cases to HRBPs
Overseeing absence management, sickness, paternity, maternity etc
Supporting recruitment and HR teams.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Advisor must have:* Experience providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
Education or public sector experience would be desirable
Availability to interview ASAP.
