Description

Comapany in North West London is looking for Quality Assurance Supervisor
Supervise the QAs and lead by example.

Audio Critical Control Points (CCPS) to ensure are under control

Check compliance to food safety and QMS including for Allergens

GMP audits, COP checklist

Escalate non compliance to your line manager

Monitoring temperatures Chillers and freezers

Quarantine any non conforming product

Fire warden and first Aider when needed

Manage traceability of raw goods

Ensure all deliveries and quality are checked on time

Collect check sheets daily from LR areas


Relevant experience and previous experience with food industry is a must
Shifts 9-5, Sun - Thu

Pay £28000 salary
