Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a successful financial planning firm who specialise in asset management, retirement planning and general wealth management for clients across the UK.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare reports and letter of authority for the Advisers and the clients
- Liaise with product providers and clients
- Obtain information such as factsheets, illustrations, quotes etc
- Maintain back office systems with accurate information
- Ad hoc administration duties

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in an administration role, ideally in financial services
- Strong experience using Microsoft office
