Full time, Permanent position

£38,000 - £42,000 per annum

Summary

Tide Partnership is proud to be working with a home health and social care provider who is looking to grow its Sales/Business Development team by recruiting a Senior Client Services Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join an organisation whose quality is at the heart of what they do.

The Role

As the Senior Client Services Advisor, you will be instrumental in the customer journey and sales process of the organisation.

Using previous sales and negotiation skills you will provide outstanding communication to potential new customers guiding them through the journey turning the leads into sales for the group.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

First point of contact for potential new customers/clients looking to utalise the provider's services
Working alongside the Marketing team to turn the leads into sales
Provide outstanding communication and negotiation skills to drive business sales.
Crosssell services and organisations part of the group to deliver maximum sales.
Meet and exceed business targets every month whilst tracking where the sales are coming from.

Job Criteria - Essential:

3 years of Sales experience minimum
Working knowledge of the home care sector and the services offered
Excellent communication skills with the ability to objection handle and negotiate
A track record of delivering results and exceeding targets
