GERMAN Sales Account Manager /Partner Marketing

2- 30k + £5K OTE

Location:
Bracknell (onsite parking. The office is close to the Lexicon and the Peel Shopping Centre)


Contract type:
Hybrid work: 3 days in office (Monday/Wednesday/Fridays) 2 days wfh

Duties:

This is a sales retention and upselling role

  • Nurture and manage a portfolio of partners
  • Acting as the first point of contact resellers working on behalf of Google, Dell, Adobe, Lenovo and Microsoft, managing client expectations
  • Contact existing customers. Upselling and cross selling of services to existing clients that will help make marketing campaigns more effective and enable better ROI
  • Build strong, collaborative B2B longterm working relationships at executive level
  • Communicate with partners and provide them with datadriven recommendations
  • Assist with technology based marketing solutions that will support their sales activities
  • Proactively help partners onboard onto the software
  • Work in harmony with internal teams on monthly KPI's, revenue targets and deliverables.
  • Keep up to date on marketingtechnology industry trends
  • Stay in constant close contact with clients
  • Attend and presenting at occasional onsite client meetings

Requirements:


  • Fluent German
  • Previous customer services experience
  • Happy speaking to clients all day
