Fide is delighted to be working exclusively again with West Yorkshire Police in order to recruit 2 additional finance positions, following the successful recruitment of 5 positions in the first-half of this year.

While the roles are initially 12 months, there is a *reasonable chance these could be extended int permanent contracts as well.

All interested applicants will come through a vetting and assessment of suitability with Fide, followed by an interview with a panel of West Yorkshire Police Finance leadership team.

West Yorkshire Police aims to balance the needs of its employees with the needs of the Organisation, it also provides one both best Pension Schemes in the country, an annual leave scheme which provides a new starter into the post of Assistant Accountantwith 29 days leave per year plus bank holidays and a starting salary of £31434.

Working in these key positions you will also benefit from the Organisation's superflexi scheme.

The scheme operates between Monday and Friday and provides staff with the opportunity to manage their personal commitments with their work commitments.

If you are studying/finished AAT, or part way through your CIMA/ACCA, these roles will give you continued exposure in playing a key part in the management accounts process end to need, including budgeting, forecasting.

You will also enjoy bringing your systemsexperience and an eye for making recommendations on improving systems/processes.

Experience is more important than where you are at with your studies - the roles need you to have current experience in being involved in producing and preparing monthly management accounts.
