Role at the Real World Data & Evidence (RWD&E) Solutions Practice
As an Offer Lead you will drive and enable customer engagement, sales and revenue for non-regulatory Database Studies offerings specifically for EMEA pharma HQ accounts and selected Emerging Bio-Pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities
As an Offer Lead you will be:
- Creating and maintaining EMEA-specific compelling offering descriptions, in coordination with the global offering development team, to be used by and together with our Account Directors/ Business Development community for client engagement
- Engaging proactively with all the key HQ clients on data base study offerings together with Business Partners, Account Directors and others
- Preparing, delivering and converting compelling proposals for large HQ oriented database study/ programs based on requests for proposals or from proactive engagement
- Driving the margin improvement in our secondary data driven work by setting and driving initiatives for pricing and delivery standards.
- Effectively using existing data assets and networks including advice regarding future investments
- Building and/or maintaining a crossfunctional network and exchange with key internal stakeholders such at IQVIA.
Required Education and Experience
- University degree in business administration, economics, medicine, sciences, or comparable
- 5+ years direct experience in the late phase, observational study or RWE space.
- Significant experience in working with Secondary RW data
- Track record of client engagement and demonstrated experience in engaging with clients as part of business development
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent networking and collaborative capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
