Supply Chain Manager


Location:
UK- Flexible - Remote

£4- 50k plus great benefits


Overview:


To oversee the management of key agreed suppliers that form part of the Supply chain, ensuring service delivery against contracted terms, SLA's and monthly MI and regulatory reporting.

To work closely with the Head of Supply Chain in a cohesive manner to supportGSS and other MISL departments in liaison of supply chain fulfilment.

To act as the key point of contact between suppliers and internal departments for all motor supply chain related matters including engineering, GSS Support & Admin teams, Customer Excellence, Quality Assurance, Customer claims, Underwriting and any internaldepartments.

Analyse and act on MI provided internally or from our supply chain to improve supplier performance, by issuing action plans, with timescales and required improvement plans.


Responsibilities:


Job Role:


  • Manage assigned suppliers
  • Be the interface between assigned suppliers and internal departments
  • Deliver indemnity savings and reduce operational expense
  • Optimise the customer experience (improve customer satisfaction & reduce complaints)
  • Drive down customer & claims lifecycle supporting the MSG's Claims Transformation Programme
- "Home working" but travel to suppliers and office will be needed


Responsibilities:

Qualifications:


Essential Skills:

  • Ability to interpret and analyse data

  • Analytical and pragmatic approach

Qualifications
