As an Operational Coordinator you will join the UK Project Management Office (PMO) supporting all the requirements for effective and efficient delivery of many aspects of our Services business in the UK.

You will be comfortable and confident working with all levels in the organisation and with external partners and interact professionally at all times with Customers.


You will also be responsible for requesting/tracking all security clearance checks for all appropriate resources including employees, partners and contractors who may be supporting on current and upcoming projects.

Working with outside vendors and communicating with the business and customers on progress and status will be required on a regular basis.

  • Relevant industrial experience
  • Experience of working withing a Multi-National Company
  • Previous understanding & exposure to working with 3rd Party agencies like Experian
  • Understanding the importance of Project timelines, results and profitability
