Contract KPI Administrator/Resident Liaison Officer

£30,000 to £40,000

Birmingham

Main duties:
Contract Administration

This activity is an extremely important function, to ensure an excellent relationship with the end Client.

  • Collect information for/complete 21No monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor contract performance
  • KPI report content to be verified/discussed/agreed with management.
  • Site and client meeting attendance as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts,
RLO service delivery


Objectives:

  • To ensure the creation and maintenance of productive and supportive relationships with residents (customers)
  • To resolve issues in a timely manner, thus underpinning relationships with residents (customers)
  • To provide assurance to the building owner that residents are content and/or issues are being resolved.

These objectives are achieved through:

  • Presenting a knowledgeable and helpful image and resolving issues through a managed process
  • Awareness of the potential needs of vulnerable/disabled residents because of various health conditions and/or a requirement for safeguarding
  • Coordinating prompt resolutions via the various project delivery participants
  • Proactive notification to residents of impending issues
  • Maintaining an audit trail to demonstrate proactive response to issues.

Essential skillset required:

  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Driving licence
  • Verbal communication skills, ability to listen.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
CSCS card and DBS certificate will be required.


Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
