We have an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Co-ordinator to join our team at Condor House on a full time, permanent basis.


The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate internal and external relationships to provide a seamless Food & Beverage process from product sourcing through to onboard delivery.


The Role
Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Supplier product sourcing and finding competitive costings
  • Food & Beverage coordination in all areas of the business
  • Product implementation from supplier to onboard delivery
  • Dealing with supplier issues
  • Liaison with Warehouse on all F&B stock and deliveries
  • Working closely with the commercial team on product and recipe costings and cross merchandising opportunities
  • Regular feedback to vessels with any product issues

About You
You will have previous experience with Microsoft programs, particularly excel spreadsheets and have a good level of numerical competence.

  • This position will require occasional travel on vessels to understand the F&B offering and will require visiting suppliers
  • Hybrid working available, with office working at our Headquarters based in Poole, Dorset
