About our client

Our client is a mid-market investor that targets investment opportunities across Europe, principally in the UK, Germany, Benelux and the Nordics.

It is looking to grow the European team, based in London and investing a standalone European vehicle. The team is small and dynamic, and by nature more entrepreneurial.

What the job involves
Our client is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Investment Associate to join the team in London.

You can expect to take on a high level of responsibility from the outset and be involved in all aspects of the deal process, from initial screening and evaluation,through to execution.

You will spend time working across all European regions.

  • Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
  • Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
  • Work actively with the portfolio postacquisition

Who we are looking for:


  • Associate level experience in Investment Banking or from another private equity firm
  • German language skills are beneficial
