An opportunity has arisen to join the Disability & Home Improvement Team.

This multi-disciplinary team provides services to the homes of Greenwich residents across all tenures, with a focus on supporting older and vulnerable residents to live independently in their homes by adapting or improving their home.


The rewarding post will suit applicants who have a strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable people and an understanding of housing problems faced by older people and those with disabilities.


2 Year Fixed Term Contract - Home Improvement Officer x 2 S02 Full Time 35 hrs
You should have a comprehensive ability to accurately calculate grant entitlement, process payments, repayments and interest payments.

You will need to be motivated, organised, and committed to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will be joining an ambitious team that embraces change to make our residents' lives better. Applicants should be flexible and organised with the ability to work accurately whilst working to deadlines.

Standard DBS:
This role requires a Standard DBS. (This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act,1974).
