Description
We are currently looking to recruit a full time switchboard operator on a permanent contract.


As the first point of contact within the telecommunications service at Weston General Hospital, operators are responsible for providing a efficient switchboard/information service 24/7 to all staff and customers at the trust.


Carry out all aspects of the responsibilities of a operator in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner at all times.

Operators will be required to use their own initiative efficiently and accurately when dealing with emergencies/life and death procedures and situations outside the parameters of these procedures
