What will the apprentice be doing?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Admin for the sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Contacting customers, to ensure invoices are clear for payment and developing good customer relationships.
  • Resolving queries both externally and internally with outstanding invoices
  • Administration of company petty cash
  • Aged debt and creditor reports
  • Reconciliation of high volume transaction
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?


The apprentice will be supported by the finance department throughout the apprenticeship with administrative tasks - contributing to the business needs and receive a 'Level 3 Business Administration' qualification.


The training provider for this apprenticeship is Sunderland College and they will support with providing top class education whilst earning and learning.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
