An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with aspirations to work towards leading the team with a law firm that encourages career progression.
This forward thinking North Dorset based Legal 500 law firm has a proven track record for success and looking to grow their successful Commercial Litigation team in this key senior placement.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters in a role with high levels of autonomy, a collegiate working environment and the support of an experienced group of colleagues.
As a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as from general contractual, commercial disputes, professional negligence cases, property litigation, debt recovery,employment disputes and contentious probate disputes.
My client offer hybrid working to split your time between working from home remotely and office based.Your role as a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:
