The duties are diverse and the jobholder must be able to tailor the support provided to the varying needs of the individuals concerned as well as respond diplomatically when faced with competing requests for assistance.

The post calls for initiative, a high level of accuracy, a good eye for detail, an ability to work to strict deadlines and a flexible and adaptable approach to work.

This is a full-time post, and will involve a combination of office based and home working.
