We're currently working on an exciting new opportunity for a tax director to join a brand new area of the tax department within a Top 20 firm.

This role is due to business growth, reporting to the Head of Tax and partner within the business.

The role requires an ambitious, confident individual, with a strong academic background to join the growing tax team as a Transfer Pricing Director.

Planning and Design of TP policies Operational testing of TP implementation.
Advising on, and assisting clients in fulfilling documentary requirements, including review and comment on agreements prepared by Legal advisors.
Preparation and/or Review of Master and Local TP files.
Thin Capitalisation reviews.
Dispute resolution with tax authorities.
Benchmarking using suitable data sources.
