Initially with our own retail brand, known as Opies and subsequently with our chosen brand partners.


We have an opportunity for someone to join our team in an exciting role as Night Shift Production Team Leader.


You will be working nightshift pattern of 15:00- 01:00, with the initial training being undertaken as part of the day shift to support the onboarding process.


You would be working closely with our Health and Safety Manager and Operations Manager to ensure our sites maintain regulatory compliance.


This is a leadership role where you will be required to prioritise both reactive and proactive tasks for yourself and the Nightshift Production Operative Team, ensuring production requirements are completed in a safe and timely manner.


You will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn, this is very important as you will be working within a small, friendly team to ensure the smooth running of the factory.


  • Oversee and support the entire process of Packed fruits to be passed through the pasteurisation and repalletized ready for next day shipping)
  • Supervising the Night Operative Production Team of
  • Ensure all Pallets are labelled with tractability maintained at all times.
  • Complete documentation /timesheets
  • Ensure all staff are adhering to site health and safety rules, and report any concerns or issues.
  • Action any call out requirements.
  • Ensuring that the operation is organised and clean before the end of the shift.
  • Shutting down all equipment at the end of the shift correctly, switching all lighting off and locking up the doors & Gates before leaving site.
  • Must be First Aid trained or willing to under take the First Aid training.
Ideally you will come from a manufacturing background but this is not essential.

  • GCSE's Math & English or equivalent, with good communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and a keen ability to learn with excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions

Fixed term contract
