Description

LJ Transportation is looking for administrators to work in our Brentwood and Colchester Depots.

The role will consist of booking vehicles in and out of the depot, coordinate vehicle movements, maintain and keep records up to date as well as maintaining a safe working area and facilities for the public.

You will be dealing with members of the public and must have an eye for detail.

Be competent at using computers and various databases.

Have good customer service skills.

Have a full current driving licence and be willing to be vetted by the police to fulfill contractual obligations.

An understanding of vehicles is a must and some knowledge of the recovery sector will be an advantage but is not essential.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
