We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling her to live as independently as possible in her family home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is an older teenage girl who lives with her family in Birmingham, she requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with her complex care needs.

She is a sociable young girl who enjoys interaction with others and loves the affection and attention. She also enjoys exploring her favourite sensory objects and listening to her favourite music.


Throughout the day your role will include supporting with her morning routine and daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility, before accompanying her to her educational setting.


At her educational setting you will closely observe and tend to her clinical care needs when required, ensure her comfort, support her engagement with her learning and promote ongoing development.


Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team

Essential Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration

Desirable Experience

  • Epilepsy Experience
  • PEG Feeding
  • Diabetes Management
  • Oral Suctioning

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Days
  • 12 shifts per week


  • Monday

  • Friday
  • 8:00am 4:30pm

Take a look at our payrates

Weekdays:
£12.00 per hour (£102.00 approx. per 8.5 hour-shift)

Bank Holiday:
£14.50 per hour (£123.25 approx. per 8.5 hour-shift)
