Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) have established a Corporate Services Strategic Plan which sets out the forward direction of the organisation's property estate and how this will be managed and maintained.

This includes working with other public-sector organisations to share properties, embed principles of our property and estates strategy and provide first class facilities and maintenance management across the county.


The Property & Facilitie s department are looking for an Estate Improvement Officer to join the team in the exciting next phase of delivering estate improvement to the organisation.


The Estate Improvement Officer will work within the Station Investment Programme team, to help deliver capital projects across Hampshire & the Isle of Wight, reporting to the Senior Estate Improvement Officer, to create an efficient, modern, and fit for purpose estate which supports the needs of a leading fire and rescue service, our communities, and our partners.
