Our client a well known national health charity is seeking an events coordinator to help through a busy period of 3 to 4 months from May to August.

Supporting a flagship virtual event, your main responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Keeping in regular contact with the c20,000 entrants
  • Providing care and support to the participants throughout the challenge event
  • Administration including updating spreadsheets and sending to fulfilment houses

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a supporter care or customer led role and ideally some experience working within challenge fundraising events
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel and CRM experience
