An opportunity has arisen within Estates team to support the work of our EBME Team.

The Trust's Estates function requires modernisation to meet the requirements as set out in the NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM), recommendations of local and national plans/policy including the Carter report, Model Hospital benchmarking and the Sustainability & Transformation Partnerships.

Key areas of improvement include productivity, service standards and cost-effectiveness of the Estates and the EBME function.

To meet these quality standards a new operating model has been designed which will require changes to the estates function and working practices and will, therefore, require an Estates Officer to support the excellent ongoing work.
