Ox Living is a fast-growth, high-end management company for shared houses. We take pride in the standard of our properties and the service we provide to our tenants and landlords.This exciting new role has been created due to the rapid expansion of the development side of the business.
Working closely with our Project Manager and Executive Assistant, you will be assisting in purchasing, financing and refurbishing properties to our usual exceptional standard before handing it over to our Lettings and Property Management Team to take over.
The position would suit a highly organised person that loves keeping things in order with a good attention to detail and the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:
- General Day to Day Assistance to Managing Director's EA and Project Manager.
- Ordering of goods to furnish and style our new properties
- Compiling of Valuation Packs for all new properties
- Document management filing and organisation of building control reports, planning drawings, contracts, invoices, photographs, insurance policies etc on Google Drive and Arthur where necessary
- Invoice payments
- Upkeep of Project Management Software for all projects and existing property information
- Assistance with organisation of Investor Open Days
- Investor and Landlord mailouts managing contacts details and sending out quarterly newsletters/marketing campaigns.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
Must Haves:
- 12 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Mail
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and produce a high standard of work with strong attention to detail.
