VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
SALARY - Basic £25000 with potential individual and company performance incentives


THERE IS A POSSIBILITY WE MAY BE ABLE TO CONSIDER MORE EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS FOR A SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICES ROLE AT £27500 plus.

OVERVIEW

Large, very well established Manufacturing company with a Global presence are expanding their Customer Service Team with the addition of a Customer Service Coordinator.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

Prepare quotation proposals and review customer orders for acceptance.
Coordinate technical and commercial requirements.
Provide support and back up to field sales and customers on product needs.
Be the first point of contact for territory sales representative.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer quotations via SAP
  • Compile project quotations and bid packages for global energy projects coordinating with related departments
  • Maintain customer accounts, discounts and pricing terms
  • Utilizes SAP
  • Provide price and availability
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve best in class customer service
  • Handles queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up in a timely manner
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Quality, Pricing and Finance to identify and solve customer request and issues
  • High contributor to inbound phone calls and multimedia request
  • Assigned to special projects as needed
  • Coordinate the creation of bespoke part codes
  • Build technical knowledge for all brands
  • Takes ownership of personal development

Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in a customer service role
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Numerous
  • Must be able to effectively interpret and communicate information from customer documentation and own ERP system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Workflow management
