Improvement and Inspection Service

Full time, 37 hours per week

Based at the Trust Head Office, Sir Henry Mitchell House (options of hybrid working

The role will report to the Improvement and Inspection Service Manager.


Are you interested in:


  • Being part of a new project team and the development and shaping of the team that will be central to practice and service delivery improvement and preparation for inspection.
  • Building relationships with colleagues at all levels both internally and externally as well as with service users.
  • Delivering the changes already committed to in the Improvement Plan.
  • Supporting on inspection activities.

Can you demonstrate the following experience of: -?

  • Previous track record of leading on and coordinating project and programme activities
  • A good level of understanding of programme and project methodology
  • Leading on and coordinating the work of individuals to drive forward improvement
  • Developing reports, policies, protocols, guidance and practice tools
  • Inspection activities to prepare for inspection readiness
  • Being proactive, forward thinking and putting forward, testing and executing ideas

  • Link with Council and Partners in relation to improvement
  • Governance for improvement and change
  • Improvement and Change Risk Register
  • Document manager and version control
  • Workforce engagement in relation to improvement and change
  • Coproduction and engagement with children, young people and their families
