The Role

  • At Hain Daniels we are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator at our head office in Leeds.
  • The role of Finance Administrator is to support the Group Finance and Transactional teams to deliver their responsibilities to a high standard and in a timely manner. To maintain a customer centric approach to finance support whilst still achieving the required performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising credit notes
  • Credit note and Accounts Receivables allocations
  • Closing old Purchase Orders in the system
  • Collating Audit/SOX paperwork
  • Accounts Payable allocations
  • VAT return

What you will need for the role / what it will take

  • Excel knowledge desirable
  • 1 years experience within a financial setting
  • GCSE grade A-C in Maths & English**
